Acceptance

By using NEETstuff, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Use of Service

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use NEETstuff for illegal activity, harassment, or to distribute harmful content.
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant NEETstuff a license to display and distribute your published content on the platform.
Steganographic content (NEETLayers) is your responsibility. You are solely liable for any hidden messages you embed.

XRPL & Blockchain

NFT minting uses the XRP Ledger. Transactions are irreversible once confirmed. You are responsible for your wallet and private keys. NEETstuff has no control over XRPL transactions.

Royalties

XRPL TransferFee royalties are enforced at the protocol level on secondary sales. Dashboard analytics are illustrative/preview until the on-chain indexer is fully deployed.

Beta Status

NEETstuff is in public beta. Features may change, data may be lost, and downtime may occur. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty.

Limitation of Liability

NEETstuff is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of content, financial loss from XRPL transactions, or steganographic data loss.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
